What Secondsunderstand Restoration Is

Secondsunderstand Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Secondsunderstand Restoration for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Secondsunderstand Restoration. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. It is not a guarantee of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you choose.

Calls through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification and billing.
